Relocating from Northern California in 1997, Brian has been a fixture on the Greenville restaurant scene for a decade. Brian cut his teeth  in the Service Industry, working with the public from the age of 16. Now in his third year as real estate consultant and restaurant broker, Brian has found his knowledge of business operations invaluable when assisting others in purchasing and selling residential and commercial property.
In 2007 Brian joined forces with veteran Realtor Kim Langley to form Team-Langley of Keller Williams Greenville Central Partners. Team-Langley is a real estate consulting group which specializes in assisting residential and commercial clients who require the highest level of customer care and support.

Brian has spent tireless hours studying industry trades and texts and exploring internet resources to ensure that his clients get access to the latest tools and technology essential to achieving their goals. Brian also recognizes the value of maintaining a vast business network which affords him quick results and constant feedback. “Kim and I are the ‘Gopher and the Guru’”, Brian is fond of saying. “She has the wisdom and real estate savvy that can only be obtained through years of experience in the local market. I’m the ‘go-getter’.  I often take care of the daily tasks: Opening doors, filing paperwork, scheduling inspections, researching areas, etc. This leaves Kim’s hands free to do what she does best which is match buyers with the right properties.”

Brian particularly enjoys the work associated with doing commercial deals. “They can get pretty complicated and involve several governing agencies and multiple attorneys. The satisfaction you get when you pull all the variables together and execute a win/win deal is worth all the hard work.”
Brian lives in Greenville with his wife Courtney and son Brooks. They attend services at Cornerstone United Methodist Church. They are avid snowboarders and in the summertime Brian thinks he’s a golfer.
